Are you a budding Captain Tom? Can you help in the fight against Alzheimers disease by taking part in an event to earn a Scarlet Cord Medal?
To gain your medal you need to do something on or after the weekend of the 27th August that challenges yourself for an hour - it may be a swim, walk, run or cycle - we are all different so tailor it to yourself.
All money raised will be sent to the Alzheimers Society.
Entry fee is £15 for UK participants, £20.00 for the rest of the world. This event is restricted to 250 people.
